The top part of the Sitter Slip captures all the information that's specific for that outing (e.g. where you're going, when you'll return), while the lower section is for information that stays the same (e.g. pediatrician info, home address, etc.).That way you only need to write in the top part of the slip each time you go out, saving you much deserved time.

Why we love it: These slips are very handy and easy to use for us busy parents. We love the fact that you only need to fill out the top portion of the slips each time you go out. The bottom part only needs to be filled in once. The only thing missing on these slips is space to tell the babysitter how to run the TV/DVD/Cable/Video system.
