At this time, we accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal. We apologize but we are having issues with processing Discover Card so we have temporarily disabled it. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you wish to pay by check, please call us at 847-963-1805 or send us an email to hold your items and receive mailing instructions.
What is your return policy?
At Chocolatecakeclub.com our return policy is simple. If you aren’t happy, we feel sad. We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 14 days for a complete refund to the same credit card it was purchased on, less the shipping costs, or for a store credit or exchange. After 14 days, up to 30 days, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange. We do not accept returns after 30 days from receipt of purchase.* Note: Custom items cannot be returned. Custom items are noted in the description alongside the item. Shipping charges will apply to exchanges. Please note that returned items purchased with a free shipping offer or promotion will have the standard cost of shipping subtracted from the refund. Please allow up to two billing cycles to see your credit on your statement.
Just follow these easy steps for returning or exchanging your merchandise:
Contact our Customer Service Department at 1.847.963.1805 or via email at service@chocolatecakeclub.com. Our team is available by phone Monday thru Friday from 9 am- 5 pm CST. They will issue you a return number (RMA Number) that is to be placed on the outside of the box. Items must be received back at our warehouse within 10 days of receiving your RMA number. Repack the merchandise in the original packaging, if possible, with all tags in place. Items must also come from a non-smoking environment. Please include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of purchase with a brief note explaining the return/exchange and ship the item(s) to the following address:

Please note, we will not accept returns without the return number on the outside of the box. Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense.
Please note that Sale items are final. We can not accept returns on merchandise that was purchased on sale.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Only if your shipment is going to an address in the state of Massachusetts. In that case, there is a state sales tax of 5% added to your order. If your order will be shipped outside of Massachusetts, you are exempt from paying sales tax on your order.

How do you pick your products?
The Chocolate Cake Club Posse
The Chocolate Cake Club has created a "posse" of moms and dads that we call on to give us feedback about the products we recommend and sell. Our posse is made up of parents with children in different age ranges, grandparents, single parents, and parents-to-be.
For every product we have created section called "Why We Like It". This is where the posse can tell you why they recommend or use the product themselves. They may even share some of their parenting tips.
How can I submit products for Chocolate Cake Club consideration?
We are always interested in seeing new products at Chocolatecakeclub.com, or having customer recommendations! For suggestions and recommendations please email: sales@chocolatecakeclub.com with Product Submission in the subject line. If you would like to send samples, please send them to the address below. We are happy to send your samples back to you, if you provide pre-paid packaging at the time you sent them in to us. We regret that we cannot pay for the shipping charges to return them to you. Please note, we receive many submissions, so we will reply back to you if we feel it is a fit for Chocolate Cake Club. Thanks!
