Shipping Information

STANDARD DELIVERY/HANDLING CHARGES

Note: As of January 15, 2008 our shipping rates will be increasing by $.55 cents. Our shipping carriers have dramatically increased their rates this year and we are forced to pass some of the increase along. However, unlike most e-retail companies, our shipping rates go down the more you buy. Shipping is still free for any order over $75. Our new shipping rates are listed below.

*        Up to $25.00 = $7.50
*          $25.01 to $50.00 = $6.50
*          $50.01 to $75.00 = $5.50
*        $75.01 and more *FREE SHIPPING!

Most orders are processed and items are shipped within 2 business days after receipt of an order. Weekends and holidays are not considered shipping days. To estimate your delivery date, add the delivery time for the shipping method you select to the 2 days needed for order processing. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen, the season, and your distance from our fulfillment center in Illinois.

We offer UPS Ground, 3-Day, and 2-Day shipping options. We welcome orders to APO addresses. Most purchases are shipped from our Illinois warehouse by UPS ground service to arrive within 7 to 10 business days of receipt of the order.

Packages shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be sent via USPS 2 or 3-Day Priority Mail.. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. Note: Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. We can ship to customers in Canada. Pleas email us and we can give you an estimate of the shipping cost. We regret that we cannot ship to any other foreign countries at this time.

There is a $10.00 charge for address changes on packages that need to be re-routed during delivery due to an incorrect address. Please be sure that you enter the correct shipping address during checkout.

UPS 3-Day Air Service
For an extra charge of $9 we can arrange for rush delivery by UPS to most destinations. (If we receive your order by 3 pm CST Monday you'll receive your purchase by Friday.) Note: 3-Day Rush service is not available for some oversize items, for items shipped from the manufacturer or for items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states, or APO addresses.

2-Day Air Delivery
For an extra charge of $18 we can arrange for rush delivery by UPS to most destinations. (If we receive your order by 3 pm CST Monday you'll receive your purchase by Thursday.) Note: 2-Day Air service is not available for some oversize items, for items shipped from the manufacturer or for items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states, or APO addresses.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Chocolate Cake Club, Inc. our return policy is simple. If you aren’t happy, we feel sad. We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 14 days for a complete refund to the same credit card it was purchased on, less the shipping costs, or for a store credit or exchange. After 14 days, up to 30 days, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange. We do not accept returns after 30 days from receipt of purchase.* Shipping charges will apply to exchanges. Please note that returned items purchased with a free shipping offer or promotion will have the standard cost of shipping subtracted from the refund. Please allow up to two billing cycles to see your credit on your statement.

Just follow these easy steps for returning or exchanging your merchandise:

Contact our Customer Service Department at 1.847.963.1805 or via email at service@chocolatecakeclub.com. Our team is available by phone Monday thru Friday from 9 am- 5 pm CST. They will issue you a return number (RMA Number) that is to be placed on the outside of the box. Items must be received back at our warehouse within 10 days of receiving your RMA number. Repack the merchandise in the original packaging, if possible, with all tags in place. Items must also come from a non-smoking environment. Please include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of purchase with a brief note explaining the return/exchange and ship the item(s) to the following address:

Please note, we will not accept returns without the return number on the outside of the box. Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense.

Please note that Sale items are final. We can not accept returns on merchandise that was purchased on sale.
